April 7: Knife Skills - Sri Lankan Street Food
April 7, 5pm – 7:30 pm @ Corner Peach kitchen
In this class, guests will hone their skills to chop, dice, slice, brunoise and chiffonade some mouth-watering Sri Lankan street foods. We'll make kothu roti (chopped flatbread) using Chef Tara's Sri Lankan chicken curry and a variety of seasonal vegetables, and pair it with a fresh tomato and shallot chutney. Guests will enjoy a starter of vegetable curry rolls with a caramelized onion chutney, and dessert will feature a coconut custard garnished with tropical fruits. Bonus: we'll use those new knife skills to prepare the garnish! Dietary considerations: the menu contains gluten, fish, and egg.
