‘Tis the season for stringing lights, celebrating with friends and…baking and consuming vast amounts of delectable treats! Join us for an exclusive half-day fundamentals workshop spent baking goodies that are the perfect mix to bring to gatherings, serve your guests, and wrap-up as gifts.
Pastry Chef Kassandra will have you whipping up these yummy items: rosemary & cranberry thumbprints, chocolate peppermint crinkles, candied fruit & almond biscotti, gingerbread, and sugar cookies. Participants will enjoy a royal icing demonstration and learn to apply various decorating techniques to a variety of cookies. A mid-workshop break will include a lunch spread of freshly baked scones with house made jam, Seed-to-Sausage ham, assorted cheese, coffee (with Baileys!) and tea.
Guests will bring home 2 dozen of each 5 types of cookies of what they have personally made or was demonstrated or prepped for them. Price includes a 4-hour fundamentals workshop, all recipes, equipment and decorating tools, 120 cookies for take home, lunch and up to two glasses of wine (or other) per participant. Note: one recipe contains nuts.
