Tired of stews and casseroles for your winter fare? How about some inspiration from North Africa? Tonight’s class will incorporate flavours from the Maghreb to enliven seasonal produce and create an elegant, accessible menu. For starters, Chef Tara will prepare a creamy roasted parsnip soup with ras-el-hanout. Guests will then go into the kitchen to prepare cumin-crusted pork tenderloin with pomegranate molasses glaze, braised sweet potatoes, and roasted winter vegetables with chermoula. Dessert will feature a Corner Peach rotating sweet treat. This menu contains pork, and the dessert may contain gluten and egg.
