You’re open to Indian food, but the heat … the chilies … the burn! While most of us associate Indian cuisine with fiery chilies, tonight we’ll feature authentic Indian dishes that are aromatic, authentic, and gently spiced. We’ll learn how to combine warming spices to pack our dishes with flavour – and without chilies. On the menu: Balti chicken (for which we’ll make our own spice blend), spinach raita, and stir-fried potatoes and long beans, which we’ll serve with chef Tara’s millet pilaf. Guests will enjoy a starter of a tomato-chickpea salad, and for dessert we’ll serve chef Tara’s gulab jamun. Dietary considerations: this menu contains dairy and gluten
