It’s no surprise that Thai food is a perennial favourite in Ottawa (and beyond). The spicy, tart, sweet, herbaceous notes of Thai curries hit all the right flavour notes. Tonight we’ll discover the secrets of Thai green curry, making our own curry paste that will form the base of a green curry chicken soup with rice noodles (we’ll also make the stock). We’ll also prepare a simple bamboo shoot salad. Chef Tara will serve a starter of sticky rice balls with a sweet chili dipping sauce. We’ll finish with a rotating dessert from Corner Peach. This menu contains shellfish and fish (fish sauce), and the dessert may contain egg, gluten and dairy.
