Spend the afternoon with Pastry Chef Felix Larocque and learn to make your own layer cake which will be boxed up to be adored by and shared with family and friends. In this three-hour hands-on introduction to baking cakes, students will make a chocolate cake batter, bake their own cakes and learn to make vanilla buttercream. Students will also be shown two cake decorating techniques (flowers and writing). Lunch is included, focaccia pizza, crudités, cookies and beverages. Suitable for ages 10 to 12.
