WEEKLY PREPARED MEAL (2 PORTIONS): ½ Grilled chicken, Marinated w/ Lemon, Oregano & Chilies | Grilled Artichoke & Roasted Mushrooms in Olive Oil, Chimichurri Sauce, Smashed potatoes | Kale, White Bean & Potato Soup in Parmesan Brodo | Squash Cake, Candied Seeds, Cream Cheese Icing, Poached Pears
We deliver to homes in the Ottawa region 1 day a week between the hours of 1-5pm (on Thursdays). It is imperative that if you're not home to receive your delivery that you leave us a cooler to keep your food protected from the weather.
Unfortunately no dietary modifications can be made at this time.
