This menu features dishes from the Malay, Chinese and Indian cultures that shape Malaysian cuisine. The evening will start with an appetizer prepared by Chef Tara: vadais (crispy lentil fritters) with coconut chutney. Guests will go on to make mee goreng (fried spicy noodles with shrimp and pork), and stirfried gai lon (Asian greens) with garlic and black bean sauce. Dessert will feature a rotating treat from the Corner Peach kitchen. Dietary considerations: this menu contains gluten, pork, and shellfish. The dessert may contain egg, gluten and dairy.
