Cancellation policy

 

RE: ue@home meals and hands-on cooking class services

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@theurbanelement.ca.

Cancellations received at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled delivery or class date are eligible for a credit or refund, less any applicable administrative fees.

Cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

Failure to attend a scheduled class or accept delivery (no-show) will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least seven (7) days in advance; rescheduling within this window may be treated as a cancellation.

Gift cards and certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, but may be transferred to another recipient.

By completing a purchase, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.

Cancellation policies for Urban Element catering services are governed separately under catering service agreements.
