Urban Element (ue) @ home is our unique pick-up/delivery food kit to help you make your weekly meal planning at home easy, fun and interactive. Kits are offered on a weekly basis and will feature local & seasonal product to be incorporated into urban element recipes and meals. The kit also includes offerings from guest chefs, community friends and restaurants in the city. And even more options are available to add great food and drink from our online menu!
Each ue@home kit will be packed with pre-scaled whole ingredients for three separate meals, built to serve 2-4 people. Recipes, preparation and equipment lists are included for simple organization at home. The kit will consist specifically of:
- a basket of fresh food and ingredients for the weekly featured urban element meal, plus access to a live and interactive hands-on virtual cooking class with an urban element instructor, leading you step-by-step through the recipe.
- a second easy-made urban element signature catered meal
- a third easy-made meal supplied by a special guest chef or local restaurant
All orders and payments must be taken online. Contact less pick-up or deliveries will be made each Tuesday between 12-5 pm. A limited amount of kits are available each week, until we sell out.
