All orders are carefully prepared and delivered to the address provided at checkout. Once an order has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after delivery has been completed.

If you believe your order was not delivered as confirmed, please contact us promptly so we can review and assist where appropriate.

Refunds and credits are not provided for successfully delivered product(s).

By placing an order, the Client agrees to these terms.

RE: Gift cards and certificates

Gift cards and certificatesare not redeemable for cash nor can they be refunded, however they may be transferable to other users.

Cancellation policies for Urban Element catering services are governed separately under catering service agreements.
