UE@Home Meals & Cooking Classes – Terms of Service

Full payment is required at the time of order to confirm all bookings.

Due to the nature of our menus and production processes, no substitutions, modifications, or allergy accommodations can be guaranteed. While we may consider customer notes, all items are prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish, and cross-contamination may occur.

By purchasing and/or participating, the Client acknowledges and accepts all risks related to food consumption, including food allergies and sensitivities, and agrees that Urban Element Culinary Inc. shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions.

Participation in hands-on cooking classes involves the use of kitchen equipment, tools, and heat sources. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees to follow all safety instructions provided.

All purchases are subject to Urban Element’s Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on our website.

Urban Element Culinary Inc. reserves the right to make reasonable menu, ingredient, or program substitutions based on availability or operational requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Element Culinary Inc.’s total liability arising from any product or service shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client, and the company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
